The Business Problem

You need customers now, not in six months. Maybe you just opened, maybe you moved into a new area, or maybe a slow season hit harder than expected. Waiting for organic rankings to build is not an option when the phone is not ringing this week. At the same time, paid advertising is easy to waste: broad targeting, poor tracking, and unattended budgets quietly drain money with little to show for it.

The Business Outcome

Google Ads management, done right, produces qualified leads immediately and predictably. You turn budget into booked jobs and phone calls this week, with clear visibility into what each lead costs. When the math works, you can scale spend up on the days and campaigns that produce, and pull back where they do not.

Why This Matters

Paid search captures people at the exact moment of high intent. Someone searching “water heater repair today” or “personal injury lawyer near me” is ready to act, and the top of the results page is prime real estate for those moments. Local Services Ads go further, placing you above the map pack on a pay-per-lead basis. The immediacy is the point: this is the fastest ethical way to put your business in front of ready buyers.

Why Make It Loud

Since 2004 we have managed paid search for more than 3,000 businesses, and we are a Google Partner. We treat your ad budget the way we would treat our own. Most accounts we inherit are leaking money on broad match terms and irrelevant geographies, so our first job is usually to stop the waste, then scale what works. We recommend the strategy that produces the greatest return for your business, which is exactly why we do not push everyone toward the same channel.

  • Search campaigns built around high-intent keywords with disciplined negative-keyword hygiene.
  • Local Services Ads (Google Guaranteed) for pay-per-lead placement above the map pack.
  • Conversion tracking for calls, forms, and bookings so we optimize toward revenue, not traffic.
  • Landing pages engineered to match ad intent and turn clicks into contacts, connected to our Website Design work.
  • Continuous optimization of bids, budgets, ad copy, and audiences on a regular cadence.

How We Work

We begin by diagnosing demand: how many people search for your service, how competitive the auction is, and what a lead is worth to you. We build tightly themed campaigns, wire up conversion tracking before spending a dollar, and launch with a controlled budget. Then we optimize against real outcomes and report in plain language. You see cost per lead, not just clicks and impressions.

Is This the Right Solution?

Google Ads is the better recommendation than SEO when speed matters more than compounding. It is often the right call for new businesses with no organic footprint yet, for immediate lead generation, for seasonal campaigns, for emergency and same-day services, and for highly competitive markets where organic gains take time. If your goal is a lower long-term cost per lead and you can be patient, SEO is usually the smarter primary investment, and many businesses run both: paid search for demand now, SEO for durable visibility later. We will tell you honestly which mix fits your situation rather than defaulting to whatever sells the most.

Industries We Help

Paid search works well for high-intent, high-value services such as home services, healthcare, and roofing. See all the sectors we serve on our industries page and the Georgia areas we cover.

Research Supporting This Work

Our channel recommendations are informed by evidence, including our North Atlanta Google Ads Cost-Per-Click Benchmarks Study, which analyzed more than 13,000 real advertiser campaigns to establish what a lead should actually cost by industry. That benchmarking is how we judge when paid search outperforms organic for a given business. Explore all of our original research.

PPC / Google Ads: what it is and who it is for

Google Ads management puts your business in front of ready-to-buy searchers immediately and manages spend so more budget turns into qualified leads.

Why it matters

Paid search is the fastest way to appear at the exact moment someone searches for what you sell. Managed well, it delivers measurable leads now while slower channels build. Managed poorly, it quietly burns budget on the wrong clicks.

Who benefits most

Businesses that need leads quickly, are launching a new location or service, or compete in markets where organic rankings take time benefit most. High-value services with clear profit per customer see the strongest returns.

When to invest

Invest when you need leads faster than SEO can deliver, when you have a specific offer or capacity to fill, or when you want to test which services and messages convert before committing to longer-term marketing.

How it supports long-term growth

The data from paid campaigns reveals which keywords, offers, and audiences truly convert. Those insights sharpen your landing pages, SEO, and overall strategy, so ad spend gets more efficient the longer it runs.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Sending clicks to a generic homepage instead of a focused landing page built to convert.
  • Skipping conversion tracking, so you cannot tell which spend produced calls or forms.
  • Ignoring negative keywords and letting budget leak on irrelevant searches.
  • Judging campaigns on clicks rather than on cost per qualified lead.

Plumbing Company Google Ads Case Study

Plumbing company, Gwinnett County, Georgia

The challenge

This Gwinnett based plumbing company came to us the way many clients do: they had either outsourced advertising before or tried doing it themselves, and found tracking leads to be a particularly difficult piece of the puzzle. They had no real gauge for the success of their previous campaigns.

What we did

We built a new Google Pay-Per-Click campaign from scratch, set up new landing pages, and tracked all incoming calls to close the reporting gap. We researched local competitors and high-traffic keywords, created 10 ad groups to highlight different services, set up all ad extensions (including a Promotion extension), and installed tracking pixels to measure all traffic and, most importantly, calls coming directly from the ads.

generated over a 4-month span from the Google Ads campaigns we built.

Frequently asked questions

Should I invest in Google Ads or SEO?

For most businesses, the answer is both, they solve different problems. Google Ads and Local Services Ads put you at the top of the page today, which is ideal for immediate demand, new locations, and seasonal pushes. SEO is a compounding asset that lowers your cost per lead over time as your rankings and authority build. A common approach is to run paid search to capture demand now while your SEO matures, then gradually shift budget toward the channel delivering the best cost per acquisition.

When is Google Ads a better choice than SEO?

Google Ads is usually the better first move when you need leads quickly rather than over the coming months. That includes new businesses with no organic presence yet, immediate lead generation, seasonal pushes, emergency and same-day services, and highly competitive markets where organic gains take time. SEO lowers your cost per lead over the long run, so many businesses run both: paid search for demand now, SEO for durable visibility later.

How much should I budget for Google Ads?

The right budget depends on what a customer is worth to you, how competitive your keywords are, and how many leads you can handle. We start by estimating a realistic cost per lead for your service and area, then set a controlled budget and scale up only on the campaigns that produce. You pay the ad spend to Google directly and always see exactly where it goes.

What are Local Services Ads and Google Guaranteed?

Local Services Ads appear at the very top of many local searches, above the map pack, and you pay per lead rather than per click. Businesses that pass Google's screening can earn the Google Guaranteed badge, which builds trust with searchers. For many local service businesses, Local Services Ads are one of the most cost-effective ways to generate qualified calls, and we manage them alongside standard search campaigns.

How quickly can Google Ads start generating leads?

Campaigns can begin producing calls and form fills within days of launch, once tracking is in place and the account is approved. That speed is the main reason to choose paid search: it captures ready buyers at the moment they search. Early results improve as we optimize bids, keywords, and landing pages against real conversion data over the first few weeks.
