 We get this one a lot and even more recently since Google changed things with Gmail. Recently, Gmail is no longer able to receive emails from your website to Gmail addresses. It’s causing quite a ruckus.

Check your junk folder first to see if you are actually getting the forms and don’t realize it.

Otherwise, you may need to invest in domain based email addresses (i.e. Bob@yourdomain.com, Sally@yourdomain.com, etc.) Contact us and let’s talk about your options.

If your domain already expired, you’ll want to make sure you don’t lose your domain. There’s a brief grace period, but you don’t want to rely on that. Contact us and let us renew it for you or you can handle that yourself by logging into where you purchased the domain initially and renewing it.
