People make buying decisions based on your reviews. Are you managing this important aspect of your business?
Reputation Management Pays For Itself
You work hard to build the reputation of your business. Most people do this by selling great products, giving guarantees or providing outstanding service, but people make buying decisions based on your reviews. If you’re not managing this process, then you’re falling behind your competitors.
Getting more valid reviews of your business can help in a variety of ways. Let the professionals at Make It Loud give you a system that allows this aspect of your business to flourish. You’ll begin to see the difference right away.
Why Consider A Reputation Management System?
If you’re not managing the reputation of your business, you can rest assured others are. There are some solid reasons to invest in a reputation management platform. Here are our favorites:
These days, you want your business on page one as many times as possible in order to increase your brand awareness but more specifically, to get more clicks. One of the factors to help you show up higher on Google Maps is the number of reviews your business has. Having more reviews gives the credibility your business needs for more success.
We’ve all made decisions based on the number of reviews- whether we realize it or not. Imagine that you’re shopping for a service and you see 3 businesses listed on Google Maps. For example, let’s say all 3 businesses have a rating of 4.5. The first business has 4 reviews, the second has 14, and the last has 204. Which one would you choose? This is how more reviews can bring more business.

A Caution About Reputation Management Platforms
Google has recently announced that they are beginning to “crackdown” on reputation management platforms that use what’s called a gateway for reviews. A review gateway is a system that sends flat or negative reviews to the business owner first prior to posting them online.
While this kind of system is nice because it allows the business owner to provide some service recovery rather than having a negative review gets posted, Google says they will soon penalize businesses that use review gateways. It’s unclear what this penalty might look like, but experts generally think that the business using this system will lose a large portion of their reviews.
Google has made it clear that they have no problem with reputation management systems that post straight to your account- positive or negative. That’s exactly what our system gives you.
