Please include any error messages since this helps us diagnose the issue.
After a ticket is submitted, our support staff will review the issue promptly and determine if support will require billable time. Once we have examined the issue, we will contact you and let you know the next steps.
We strive to get to each support ticket within an hour of submission and respond within 24 hours if not sooner.
